Purpose and Independence

This is an independent reference site. It does not maintain, control, or host the official records created by the Harrison County Jailer, Harrison County Sheriff, Kentucky Court of Justice, Kentucky Department of Corrections, or another public agency. Staff cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, direct a jail to release a person, change a public record, submit a legal filing, or act for any government office.

The site organizes links and general explanations that point visitors toward Harrison County and Kentucky record sources. It may also connect visitors with outside research or search tools. Those functions do not make the site an official custodian, and information displayed here should be checked with the office that created the record.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect other people, public systems, and site operations. By continuing to use it, you agree that you will not:

• Violate a federal, Kentucky, local, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Base employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision on site content.

No Consumer Reports

Harrison County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not furnish background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree not to use any information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit or program.
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA or similar law.

Harrison County Released Inmates does not control or endorse their content, accuracy, availability, security, or data practices. An outbound link does not create a partnership with its operator. Review each outside site's own terms and privacy practices before using it or sharing information.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no promise is made that:

• Information will always be accurate, complete, or current.
• The site will be available without delay or interruption.
• Pages, code, or systems will be free from errors, bugs, or security flaws.
• A partner tool will return complete or useful search results.

Custody status, release information, court dockets, and other public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Harrison County Jailer, a sheriff's office, a court, KDOC, or another government agency. Verify key facts with the originating office.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harrison County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use, or use of the site, its content, its links, or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

Content Ownership

Unless a different owner is identified, the original text, layout, graphics, logos, and code presented by Harrison County Released Inmates belong to the site or its content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from that material without prior written permission. Public records and agency materials remain subject to the rights and laws that govern them.

These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms, so review this page from time to time if you continue using the site.

Access May Be Revoked

Kentucky Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms must be filed in a court of proper jurisdiction located in Kentucky, unless controlling law requires a different forum.

Severability

If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. If adjustment is not possible, it will be severed. All remaining provisions will continue in full force.
